The staff arranged a surprise birthday celebration for me, and the personalized service throughout our stay truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's concierge, Mr Mohamed Hassan, was exceptionally supportive with our cousin's health needs.

The resort offered an incredible family-friendly experience with our dog, featuring beautiful beach access, multiple swimming pools, and engaging activities. The children's area was a big hit with plenty of fun games. The diving center was also great for our little adventurers!

Good vibes but needs work

The pools were clean, and the kids loved the aqua park, but it was a bit stressful with the crowds. Breakfast was tasty, especially the omelets. Staff was hit or miss—some were awesome, but others were a bit rude. Wifi only in certain areas was a hassle too.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The place has six pools, various bars, and a diving center that was perfect for our scuba adventures. The beach was huge and kept clean. Don’t miss enjoying the sports courts too—they're fun and energetic!

We faced delays with getting drinks at the bar, which was really frustrating during our stay. It felt like we were ignored at times, especially around peak hours.

The food ran out rapidly, which caused frustration. A more organized dining experience would enhance the stay. Only one shower on a vast beach made cleaning up after swimming inconvenient. five minutes felt too long, especially if I went back multiple times. Also, the shops could use a better selection since prices matched those found outside but with less variety. Regardless of these bumps, I had a great time and often enjoyed relaxing by the beach with drinks delivered by the attentive wait staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience special, particularly Mera from D'Whits and Milad at reception. The beach offered plenty of sunbeds, although the Wi-Fi could use improvement.

The room was super clean and cozy, definitely felt comfortable during my stay. Had a nice view too! The staff helped out with any requests. Only downside was some furniture felt a bit dated, but overall, it wasn't a big deal.

The room was incredible with a nice sea view and spacious layout, it really made us feel at home. Also, the staff went out of their way to keep our room clean and provide fresh flowers daily, which was a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable given the quality.

These minor setbacks didn’t overshadow the overall experience though, which was greatly enjoyable.

The staff's attentiveness, especially from the room division manager, made for a standout experience, and the warm pool was a daily highlight. I would definitely return!
